Christopher Korody founded Image Stream in 1978. He quickly built a national reputation as a creative director and executive producer for his work for RSO Records, the Space Shuttle and the event marketing campaign for the 1984 Apple Macintosh launch.
In 1986 Korody opened Silver Strand Films. He worked with leading advertising agencies to pioneer the use of direct marketing video for Adobe, Apple, and Porsche. He also produced new product launch events for high tech companies.
In 1993 he joined forces with television legend Dick Clark as the Creative Director at Dick Clark Corporate Productions. He was responsible for a series of high profile new product launch events for Boeing, and the US introduction of the BMW Z3 roadster.
In 1997, he became Vice President, Senior Creative Director for Jack Morton Worldwide. After developing a national account manager training program, he was promoted to Vice President, Western Region. His responsibilities included proposal development, key account planning, and building relationships with Kack Morton’s IPG sister agencies in the Western Region.
In 2001 he opened The Beach House in Los Angeles to consult with event agencies on new business development, proposals and presentations.
In 2010, he moved the agency to Taos, NM.
